Questions
Which cameras work with QVision?
Standard IP cameras that stream over RTSP, in H.264 or H.265. Most sites keep the cameras they already have.
Do text messages need the internet?
No. They go out through an SMS gateway on your site, so they work on air-gapped networks too.
Can QVision send events to our ERP or MES?
Yes. A rule can send each event to your systems as a webhook, alongside incidents, texts and emails.
What if we need something that isn't listed?
Tell us during discovery. Webhooks cover most systems, and we look at the rest case by case.
